Why We Built This Site
Louisiana gives the public broad access to many court records, but DeSoto Parish records are still custodian-based. The DeSoto Parish Clerk of Court keeps civil, probate, criminal, marriage, recording, and certified-copy records. The 42nd Judicial District Court hears local civil, criminal, and juvenile matters.
